I’m guilty of what you’re saying, and I love how you gave the great example of the carwash as the correct way. I’ve read this kind of thing for years, Video really seems to make it stick! Finally something worth watcing on YouTube

Focus on your clients/prospects – Yes, totally agree with that. But always seem to forget about it and instead focus on my own personal interest.
