Just spend about 10 hours standing get plenty of morning sunlight skip breakfast and lunch then eat a normal dinner and you should sleep well.

Sugar is good about 30 minutes before bed… The HGI carbs are digested so fast that after that little high, you crash- hence sleeping better.
