  2. I think I just found a gateway to happiness. I’ve been trying this last couple of hours. I imagined smelling something nice (rose), and try to focus my thoughts on the frontal lobe and, I felt tingly sensation all over my body lasting a few seconds, and I could repeat it elevating my mood. Never thought the sense of smell, although imagined in my case, could be that powerful
