  5. You can have natural child birth even if your baby is breech. But it is hard to find a midwife who has been trained because so many people just have a c section.

  6. people dis woman who have c sections because 90% are unneccesary. Most woman will not admitt theirs was unnecessary. It is the medical establishment fault and it needs to change.

  7. YAY! That’s my baby Amara! Well, I guess she’s not a baby, she will be 3 in December. We had so much fun at the talk, and so did Amara. We are huge advocates of cosleeping and connection parenting, and we are future unschoolers too. The more I get involved in raw foods, the more excited I am about the number of natural parents and unschoolers!!! I’m so excited you guys posted this video!!

  12. My first child, natural child birth – a bit touch and go after about 16 plus hours of labor. Babies heart beat started to slow became hard to pick up, and doctors were getting ready to use other measures but at the last min, things worked out. My second was 10 weeks early and breach. I had to have a C section to prevent undue stress on the baby given how early he was coming.

I say plan and try for all natural but please have contingencies for the unknown – unexpected.

  14. I feel sad when people dis women who have had c-sections or help with birth. I mean so many babies just died many years ago because there was not the medical options available. Are we forgetting the lives that were saved because of medical intervention. I have to have a c-section for three serious reasons and would never ever risk my child’s life just to have a natural birth. If I could I would try my best but i would be putting my babies life at risk.
