  1. so basically you tell them to focus on one spot in a slow, calm way then you count backwards from 3 and tell them to close their eyes and focus on a memory or something?? then you count from 1 to 3 and focus on that spot again. you keep doing that and when they close their eyes you tell them to go deeper and deeper. but when you tell them to close their eyes, what are they supposed to be focusing on? a memory or just a good thought???
