  4. I watch your videos a few nights a week before I go to bed, and just wanted to say you have a gift for this. The only other time I get as relaxed is when I’m watching Bob Ross. If you’re ever in PA, stop by Knoebels and tuck me in.

  9. oh a great one again :) funny how i find the most relaxing part of all relaxation videos to be the end where you should reawaken instead. like a reverse psychology thing. i wonder if a video that tells you not to relax would make an effective relaxation session?

  10. I liked the video! I am so glad you are back putting up new hypnosis’. I really can’t get into many other videos on youtube, just yours, so you gotta keep this going! I just moved to a University where I am studying, and I use the videos at night to relax sometimes. They really do the trick. I love your use of imagery, but I couldn’t get the light feeling in the arms to work well, I can make the heavy feelings work way better. Just my 2 cents! Thanks for the Vid, Keep em Coming!

  11. i personally quite liked it. It was kind of like reflecting on myself. I never got it when people ‘being one with yourself’ but this vid kind of did that for me.

  16. i think you should keep same slow-speed in whole time, not sometimes talking faster…

  19. I have been adjusting my technique specifically for youtube. It is like a totally different medium to work in than in person. I like it. it is ever changing. and keeps me on my toes. It is a good way for me to test new techniques out on a wide audience and you guys have been an amazing community for review! thanks to all! :D

  23. I guess that I don’t really understand the question. could you rephrase it? which backgrounds are you referring to?

  25. You seemed better able to fit everything in this time. Some of your earlier videos feel like 12 min. of material delivered in 10, a little rushed at the end. This one felt like 10 min. of material(: .
