I think that was the most relaxing thing I have ever done! I just let my legs fall where they were, and I feel buzzed with relaxations! It was abosoloutley amazing, not akweird at all like I assumed it would be.

@furulund Think of stage hypnosis the same as kareoke, it may be embarassing, but they WANT to do those crazy things, becasue its fun. The relxation, just puts them in a framework to let go of inhibitions and have fun.

This is how I imagine hypnosis ( a condition of relaxation). I’am however sceptical against stage hypnosis and would like to know more. Maybe you as a hypnotherapist can explain. Seems strange that people becomes “relaxed” and then do embarresing things in front of a big crowd. If it works, what process do the hypnotized go through? how do they experience it? is it “I know that this is crazy but I do it anyway” attitude? I can’t really understand it

This was exactly what I needed today. had a super stressful day and kinda felt like I was wigging. This brought me back down to regular volume and I feel peaceful. Great vid.

This was a nice but somehow strange experience. I feel totally relaxed now, but it seems like unbelievable to me, that this is hypnosis. Felt great
