  6. It’s a trained thing. The sub conscious responds to a rhythmic voice that lulls it into the deeper brainwave patterns of Alpha and Theta… so yes it can sound a little trippy to some people… but once their conscious/ego mind gets over it and lets the sub conscious weave its magic… well the rest is far more peaceful!

  9. What ever rocks your boat…. if you are lying down you are more likely to fall asleep. Upright with an errect spine and you’ll more easily prepare yourself for a meditation practice… I’d go for the latter… but the instructions are to lie on your back! But you decided what works for you… there is no wrong way of doing it. Enjoy!

  13. Yay got it to work. Feeling very weighed down. It’s like you are aware of everything but it doesn’t matter. My head itches the whole time but I felt no need to scratch it. I woke up feeling like I never wanted to move and like I woke up from a deep sleep. So soothing.
