VC=Visual construction
VR=Visual remembered
AC=Auditory construction
AR=Auditory remembered
AD=Auditory digital (thinking to yourself)
K=Kinesthetic (feelings)
There are plenty of websites where you can read more about this — it’s really fascinating.

@Fuuast2009
VR= visual recall
AR = audio recall
K = kinesthetic
the C means imagining (i can’t think of an equivalent that would start with C)
AD= no idea

it’s nothing to do with which side you prefer and more to with which part of the brain responds to what.

Everybody is different. It’s just a general psychological thing.
Exact opposite for left handed people though

NLP is awesome. if anyone was to learn more, check the videos of Jamie Smart, he is a great teacher of NLP. NLP is a incredible guide to improve your communication with others and many great things I strongly recommend it. Take care everyone. Remember: Each day is a new start and a new beggining.

were you saying anything to yourself in your mind while listening?
I was talking to someone today who kept looking down left, then I realized she was just looking at her phone for messages. NLP isn’t as simple as it often looks, the VAK mapping is just a guide.

I just recorded myself listening to this video and I only looked down right, down left, and down center. Does that mean anything?

the voice of donald duck is a memory too!
Comment by pafroosa — Monday, December 28, 2009 #
Me too, I bat and play guitar right handed, and I find an advantage in that being predominantly left handed.
Comment by drewd1987 — Monday, December 28, 2009 #
Well, back then being left-handed was seen as presenting disadvantages to children, they didn’t even have left-handed scissors and other tools. She thought she was doing the right thing, no pun intended
The upside to it is that I’m more ambidextrous than the average person.
