    1.Should I watch the screen or close my eyes during the whole session, except bow my head to the screen?

It is possible to use them in a bad way, but it takes an extremely advanced energy worker to do so, and anyone at that level would have no need to use them in a bad way. Now they can be found in many books and on many websites, although I honor their sacredness and would never do either.
