  8. see i’ve been practicing nei jin qigong and other forms of chi training for some time now , i’d imagine reiki comes easily and strong being already familiar with this energy . i’d have to say reiki is pretty good . and this particular exercise works well with music , especially reiki music.

  9. I attuned myself and currently pratice reiki. If one meditates with fierce dedication, the energy soon follows. thoughs who say reiki is a different frequency than other energies such as chi are misinformed

  11. We can all bring through healing energy. Reiki is a particular method that originted in the 1920’s. To enter into the body of LightWorkers who work with Reiki, one must honor and respect the Attunement process which is delivered in person via a certified Reiki Master Teacher. Find a teacher, honor the tradition of Reiki, and Reiki will support you. Every other method of using energy healing is just that. Other methods.
