I’ve done this too.
You very loosely suck in air, like you’re drinking water from a garden hose.
Turn valve on and off for each breath.

It’s a self-contained underwater breathing apparatus. Ergo, it’s SCUBA.
Great video. I thought I’d seen someone breathing directly off a tank in a different video but I wasn’t sure it was possible. I’m thinking it’s not easy…..
Did you vent the tank toward the end for buoyancy reasons, or just for fun?
