  1. In my country Yoga has become an uprising business nowdays, not a form of life at all, with fees that i can’t even think of affording. Thanks to you, i’m getting little by little to recover from a back pain that’s been there for months. I deeply thank you for sharing your beautiful knowledge with us, i really do. Greetings from Santiago of Chile, South america.

  5. @Guklaim from my experience, eating smaller portions makes you lose weight. yoga and other forms of exercise simply make your body stronger…eating well and exercising will lead to better health and a better body.

  7. I missed my Yoga Class today and did this class at home instead. It was great, not sweat breaking, but nice stretches. I really liked the step by step relaxation in the end. Namaste.

  20. in general this is quite ok, but the narration is a quite confusing for the vid, e.g she talks too much where it’s not necessary. The voice is soothing but the flow is just so disruptive.

  23. what is this yoga for? I’ve been trying all types, (including this one) on youtube, and this one was the worst. my knees hurt, my ankles hurt, my shoulders hurt. terrible. Every other one i felt a burn, or i felt lots of energy afterwards, or just better mentally overall.. this one, however, was boring, not relaxing, and physically stressful.. am i missing something?
