Never seen before yoga from tibet. Seems to be a method to expel trapped gases in stomach and to speed up excretion of waste in the intestines.

  13. Meanwhile Chinese spies are stealing secrets from companies in other nations. I guess China doesn’t really need a western nation to move into China to steal it’s ideas and secrets, it just makes it a little easier. Point is, China is a nation that rarely creates..it just produces what others create. A society that teaches it’s citizens to follow like sheep and not ask too many questions will never tap it’s creativity. It is too afraid of free thought to allow much creative thinking.
