I can’t do that “plank” pose
it’s just too hard for me… Can I just skip it or maybe change into some other pose? BTW, this is a really great exercise and after doing it I feel that my back’s a lot straighter

Hello Esther! I’m loving this. I wondered if it’s ok that when I do the downward facing dog, my hands keep sliding forward. Maybe I have the wrong material mat or am simply not pressing into my fingers enough (I do press into my palms though). I would be grateful if you could suggest a tip.

This is amazing, really. Most exersize type things I try I’m always thinking “WHEN WILL THIS BE OVER?!” but with this, I’m shocked when seven minutes pass. Keep them coming!

is was wondering is it ok to do yoga every day? Im a beginner and ive been doing all the postures that you show in all three yoga for beginners videos.It makes you feel great.I meditate and along with meditation i feel fantastic after doing yoga.Thank you

I just did your beginner’s yoga vids 1, 2 and 3 and for some reason they got me sweating more than 30 minutes of cardio work on the elliptical lol.
